Regardez cette merveille ! Ce gâteau est tout simplement divin. La base de ce gâteau est composée de biscuits surmontés d’une onctueuse crème au mascarpone et au yaourt. Le tout agrémenté d’une couche de marmelade à la framboise🍓
Et le meilleur dans tout ça ? Pas besoin de passer des heures à cuisiner ou attendre devant le four ! Ce gâteau sans cuisson est prêt en un rien de temps. De plus, il ne nécessite aucune cuisson. Il suffit de le laisser reposer au réfrigérateur pendant toute une nuit. Le lendemain, vous obtenez un dessert incroyablement rafraîchissant, parfait pour les chaudes journées d’été ou pour terminer un repas sur une note de fraîcheur☀️

Faites cuire les framboises avec le sucre et le jus de citron pour obtenir une délicieuse marmelade. Laissez refroidir.
Dans un grand récipient, mélangez la crème liquide, le mascarpone, le yaourt à la grecque, la vanille liquide et le lait concentré sucré froid et montez le tout.
Pour le montage, trempez les biscuits un à un dans le lait et disposez-les au fond d'un moule de 28x18 cm. Versez ensuite une couche de crème montée au yaourt, puis ajoutez une couche de marmelade de framboise. Répétez l'opération en alternant biscuits, crème et marmelade.
Pour la touche finale, montez la crème et décorez le gâteau en pochant de la crème sur le dessus. Ajoutez des framboises fraîches, des noisettes concassées et quelques feuilles de basilic.
Placez le gâteau au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 4 heures (ou idéalement toute une nuit) pour qu'il se solidifie.
